Rehab Manager’s (RM) Training
Each new RM attends a one-week training session at the corporate office, with frequent on-going training. Continuous support is provided by upper management and the Clinical Services department.
Employee Orientation
All new employees hired by Peoplefirst are provided an extensive clinical staff orientation. Included in the training is:
- Medicare general guidelines
- Documentation
- Clinical philosophy
- Billing Policies
- Group Therapy procedures
Additional Training Opportunities
A clinical consortium, represented by expert therapists across the country, has been developed. Consortium members develop educational programs and systems identified by the field. Teleconferences are provided monthly.
